• $20 - PTA membership per member (anyone can join, even students, relatives, and friends). Join today!
  *Membership year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30.
• Support the PTA by attending our school events and fundraisers
• Volunteer your time at school, contact:

• Pay online
• Deposit cash or check at the Principal's Office
  • Write to "Westlake PTA" and address "80 Fieldcrest Dr. Daly City, CA 94015"
    Please include student's name, classroom, and note: PTA Donation and/or PTA Membership
