Our Mission
JESD Student Services is dedicated to building well-rounded individuals. We provide comprehensive programs and services that nurture students' academic potential, career aspirations, and social-emotional development.
About Us
The Student Services Department facilitates support services to students, families, and the educational community in the areas of social-emotional learning, college and career preparation, and academic skills.
- By creating supportive learning environments for all students;
- By supporting child development and growth;
- Increasing collaboration and discovery opportunities, and teaching social-emotional skills that inspire civic responsibility and excellence.
The mission of JESD Student Services is to provide all students access to a comprehensive counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and social-emotional development of all students.
We Believe...
- All students should have access to and are encouraged to participate in school counseling services.
- All students are capable and have promise.
All student identities (ethnic, cultural, racial, gender, and special needs) are respected.
