Student's Success Begins with Attendance
The state has changed the way schools are funded. We do not receive funding for excused absences anymore. Also, remember that every day missed puts a child more than 2 days behind in his/her class work and homework.
Please be certain that your child stays home when it's absolutely necessary. Attendance is essential! Make sure your child is at school everyday.
If your child is unable to be at school, please call our absence hotline at (650) 746-2556 to report his/her absence.
Tardiness
Being late to class is disruptive to the other students and takes away from class instruction time. Make it a priority to be there on time. Follow the schedule and remember the first bell of the day rings at 8:20 am.
