Special Day Class (SDC) 3rd-5th Grades

SDC 3-5 is doing art. We have been working with warm and cool colors. So far we made flowers.

2nd Grade

Our wonderful art teacher, Ms. Fatimah, is teaching our second graders different types of art. Our projects this year include mosaics, patterns, learning about primary and secondary colors, creating patterns out of flower petal designs and beans. This will be a 12-week program, with 1 hour sessions every week for our second grade students.

3rd Grade

Mr. Amadou is teaching the 3rd graders African drumming every Tuesday for 45 minutes. He is also teaching us how to count in his native language. The multi-use room is filled with the sounds of Africa which can be enjoyed throughout the school.
