QSP Catalogue Fundraiser

We received many, many orders.  We expect delivery before Thanksgiving.  If you have not turned in your order form and payment, please do so as soon as possible, late orders may not be delivered before Thanksgiving.  Thank you, thank you for your support, your children will benefit from your efforts!  Also thank you to the parents who helped organize the orders to be sent to the company.

Rainy Day Information

Rainy days are very difficult at any school.  John F. Kennedy has the added difficulty of our poor accessibility for drop off and pick up.  Even if it rains, the parking lot is closed (except for staff) between 8:00AM and 8:20.  The campus is closed until 8:15AM because staff supervision does not start until 8:15AM (this includes the multi-use room).  At dismissal, the parking lot is again closed between 2:45PM and 3:10PM.  We have all the children in ASES go to the multi-use room, all the children who dismiss at Price Street line up in the hallway of rooms 1 – 6 and all the children who dismiss at Guadalupe line up in the hallway of rooms 7 – 12 before we take them to Price St. or Guadalupe.  Please do not come into the hallways as it gets too crowded and confusing. Please help us keep the children safe by cooperating with the school systems.

Medi-Cal Information

The Green Team Says “THANKS”

Thank you for all the donations at Back to School Night.  They gave a kick start to our winter garden.  We purchased seeds, seedlings, and shovels – we could not have done it without you. We are asking you to search high and low once again! This time for old toilets, sinks, wagons, tires, aquariums, bricks and tiles (whole or broken) for our “Silly Garden”.  Donations of seeds and plants would also be graciously accepted.  If you have any of these items, please drop them off at JFK anytime before Saturday, Nov. 6 – OUR GARDEN DAY.  Please come for gardening, crafts and building. Thanks a million
