The Administration will discuss the potential for significant cash flow problems to revenue limit districts like ours.
2. Contract with Assistant Superintendent for Business Services (CBO).................Action (V)
The Administration recommends approval of a new three-year Employment Contract between the District and Enrique Navas, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services (Chief Business Officer). The contract will be effective July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
