The Educational Services Office has the responsibility for providing leadership in all aspects of programs that promote student learning. This staff works directly with teachers, principals and classified staff members to enhance their expertise in ensuring student success. Examples of services include: instructional materials (textbooks) selections, professional staff development, coaching teachers, English Learner assistance, state and local assessment programs, literacy programs, standards-based report cards, acceleration and retention procedures, state and federal categorical programs, summer school, and grant development.
