Help support our students! Maximize funding for your school!

JESD needs your support! To reach a goal for our students so they can receive the maximum amount of funds that our district is eligible to receive, please complete a Household Income Data Collection form. To receive the maximum amount, we must have 100% of eligible students/families complete the form.

Only one form per household is needed. Paper forms may be picked up at any JESD school office or school meal serving site.
