June 19th marks Juneteenth National Independence Day, a day to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States. It's a time for reflection on the long road to freedom, celebration of Black culture and achievement, and recommitment to building a more equitable future.
Juneteenth is a day to reflect, educate, and uplift the voices and stories that shape our shared history. Our schools are committed to fostering inclusive learning environments where every student’s heritage is honored and celebrated.
