Welcome to Jefferson Elementary School District!
 
In order to register your child in the Jefferson Elementary School District, you must fill out an enrollment application online. You must have an email address to enroll online. If you do not have an email address, please come to the District Office and someone will assist you in creating one. In addition to submitting the online enrollment application, you must also submit the required documents to your child’s home school to complete the registration process. If you do not submit the required documents to your child’s school, your child’s enrollment application will be incomplete. Please follow these steps to register your child:

        1. Log on to the ParentVUE- Online Registration Account Access screen (link is also available on the District’s website)

  1. If you are new to ParentVUE please create a new account and a confirmation message will be sent to your email address to complete the account creation process. Once your account has been created, you can click on “Begin New Registration” to register your child for school. If you already have an existing ParentVUE account, simply login and register your child under “Begin New Registration”.

  2. After you register your child for school, the registration is not complete. To complete the registration process, please submit the following documents to your child’s home school (or District Office during the summer):

    1. Original Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptismal Certificate, or Affidavit of Birth
    2. Residency Verification (Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, or Shared Residency Affidavit with supporting documents)
    3. Parent/Guardian ID
    4. Complete Immunization records, including TB Result (or a "No Risk Factor/"No test Needed" as indicated by a physician), Physical Exam Form, and Dental Form. Tdap Immunization is required for incoming 7th graders.
All students are assigned to their home school based on their home address and classroom space availability. If no space is available at your home school, your child will be waitlisted for your home school and assigned to an alternate school within the Jefferson Elementary School District with the available classroom space for your child’s grade level.
NOTES:
1.      During online registration, do not use the back arrow on your browser, use the system buttons.
2.      After submitting the online registration application, JESD staff will review the information and determine  acceptance.
         To view the status of your application, log into ParentVUE and click the status tab.
3.      Keep your ParentVUE login information available as you will be using it throughout the school year.
