A Public Hearing will be held to receive public input on the Board of Trustees’ consideration to adopt a resolution proposing to establish a qualified special tax to be submitted for voter approval on May 5, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $85 per year for seven years for a variety of educational programs.

All schools in the district have revised their current Single Plan for Student Achievement based on the latest achievement data available plus other data and input from School Site Councils. Six of them are presented here for discussion with the Board, input and approval.
2. Acceptance of Donations..........................Action (C)
The Administration recommends approval of the following donations:
Daniel Webster:
$800.00 from Target for a 5th grade Marine Science Institute Field Trip (check to be received in early February).
Eighty dictionaries from the Daly City Rotary Club for students to use as reference at home.
Clothing for multiple families from Westlake Community Baptist Church as a donation to the school’s Season of Sharing Program for the holidays.
3. * Williams Uniform Complaints - Quarterly Report for January 2009 (10/1/08-12/31/08)

The Administration is required to report the number of complaints and whether the complaints have been resolved. This quarter, October through December, the District did not receive any complaints.
