2. * Jefferson Elementary Waiver Application for Title I, Part A ARRA Funds..........Action (C)
The Administration recommends approval of Jefferson Elementary’s application for a waiver of requirements under Title I, Part A ARRA funds.
3. * Susan B. Anthony Overnight Camping Trip.........................Action (C)
The Administration recommends approval of the overnight stay request by Ernest Felix’s Grade 3, Susan B. Anthony class. They will have at least 6 teachers from Susan B. Anthony and Wilderness School, supervising them at the San Bruno Mountain Park on May 13 and 14, 2010. This trip is in collaboration with the Jefferson Union High School District’s Wilderness School.
4. * Expulsion of Student 0910022498 from Jefferson Elementary School District from Period Beginning March 15, 2010 through December 17, 2010.........................Action (C)
The Administration recommends the expulsion of student 0910022498 per the stipulated facts and agreements in the Voluntary Consent to Discipline dated March 12, 2010.
5. * Expulsion of Student 0910042097 from Jefferson Elementary School District from Period Beginning March 13, 2010 through December 17, 2010.........................Action (C)
The Administration recommends the expulsion of student 0910042097 through December 17, 2010 per the stipulated facts and agreements in the Voluntary Consent to Discipline dated March 12, 2010.
