Common Core Standards Conference

Join us for a FREE Literacy and Community Outreach Conference at Woodrow Wilson School, sponsored by the Jefferson Elementary Federation of Teachers.  The conference will focus on preparation for the new Common Core Standards including workshops for educators on how to strengthen instructional strategies and workshops for parents on how to help their children succeed.

There will be storytelling activities for children with a children's author and children's book giveaways for families.  Attendees also get FREE instructional materials, breakfast and refreshments, and the chance to win an Apple iPad and other great prizes!
